Situated just 4 kilometers from the city of Angra do Heroismo this restored Manor House offers 14 rooms including 2 suites all with full bathrooms and air-conditioning. Most rooms have access to a common balcony and four rooms including 1 suite is in an annex.
On the ground floor there is a very pleasant lounge with an honesty bar and a public restaurant and a dining room for groups. A further sitting room has marvellous views overlooking Angra. Suites have mini bars.
Outside there is a swimming pool and sauna, mini golf, a tennis court, golf practice green, a pond and a spring (hence the name "birthplace of the waters").

Opinion
The most tastefully furnished and elegant
manor house with polished wood floors, beautiful gardens and excellent
facilities. One of the nicest we have seen. Interestingly the Hotel
Caracol’s Resident Instructor teaches Tai Chi in the peaceful garden of
Quinta Nasçe Agua.
