This is without doubt the best place to stay
in Porto Moniz. People visit
Porto Moniz because it is the furthest town from Funchal, has a small but
good selection of restaurants (though the hotel offers good cuisine and
comes highly recommended) and more importantly the natural swimming pools
which are ideal for taking a sea water dip!
