of the mountains, Funchal City, the Bay of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean.
Once a Manor House, the original building has been sympathetically
extended and re-modelled into a delightful country house style hotel. The
grounds have been extensively landscaped into various gardens including a
water garden and the Chef’s herb garden. Although the city centre is
only 20 minutes walk away, there is a courtesy bus service offered to
guests.

Our
opinion
Highly recommended. This delightful Hotel,
enjoys a prominent position with majestic views. It is spacious and
tranquil and is certain to be very popular with those of our guests who
particularly appreciate good service and value.
