This is a building consisting of two apartments each with identical accommodation consisting of 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and separate lounge room. The kitchen leads onto a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance. Accessible to both apartments is a roof terrace complete with built in tables and benches with spectacular views over the town to the sea. The shared pool is quite a large pool and surrounded by a small area of paving on which there are sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a built in barbeque on the rear wall. Whilst the pool is normally shared between the two apartments, it becomes private for the larger party which takes both apartments.
Our Opinion
These two apartments with a shared pool give an opportunity for the larger family or group of friends to share the benefits of the pool and the proximity to the centre of the village whilst also giving privacy to 6 of the 12 possible occupants. The living rooms also have a sofa bed for a 7th person in each apartment. The property is unusual because it ’s proximity to the beach and the village centre makes it unnecessary to have car rental.
