It has a large pool surrounded with a paved area and a shaded terrace running the full length of the rear of the house. There is a working fireplace in the living/dining room with the kitchen off. There is a built in barbeque outside and a large roof terrace with good views of Abufeira.

Our Opinion
This huge house actually lacks internal soft sitting areas and so the assumption is that the west facing covered area outside the kitchen will be the focal point for socialising. One can see the town of Lagoa in the distance through the vineyards so the location is both central yet remote. A very good venue for the larger party.
