At Aldeia Meco, Casa do Roseiral is situated in a square plot in which the large pool is set in lawns with the benefit of a palm tree to give shade and a roofed over barbeque area complete with stone seating. At the rear of the garden is an orchard with oranges, apples etc. The main entrance leads into the living/dining room (with a working wood-burning stove) off which is the kitchen which itself has a space for breakfast. There is also a double room on this floor with full bathroom adjacent. Immediately outside the living room, through french windows, is a pergola over the alfresco eating area. Upstairs, a wide hallway leads to two double bedrooms and a third double which also has an extra bed (possibly for a child).These three rooms share a shower room. 

Our Opinion
A very pleasant and nicely furnished modern house in a quiet area of countryside yet in close proximity to the village (which has a variety of restaurants etc),and to the beach. It is also close to Sesimbra, Setubal and indeed Lisbon. Golfers would appreciate nearby Quinta do Peru and the two courses at Aroeira.
