Situated in the depths of the countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Paredes de Coura, this new villa is situated in a large plot looking down over the valley with the mountains beyond. In the garden is a pergola for outside dining, a play area with swings and slides for children and a built in barbecue. In an outhouse there is a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The front door leads into the very large living/dining area which has patio doors opening onto the garden and overlooking the valley and the pool. There is a wood burning stove with fan driven hot air distribution. Adjacent to that is a kitchen which is fully equipped including an internal barbecue. Off the corridor from the main living room is a double with en-suite shower room and two further doubles which share the full bathroom with a corner bath. On an upper floor there are two doubles and a single all sharing a shower room. In one of the doubles there is an infants corner with a cot behind curtains. There is also a small balcony.

Opinion
Literally in the depths of the countryside, this very nice modern villa would suit those who are seeking tranquillity in a rural location. Furnishings are modern but not luxurious.
The emphasis is on spacious living areas and lots of garden. Nearby there is a river beach where you can swim.
