This house is a restoration of a four hundred year old farm house set in a fairly small plot of land with orange trees and grassed areas around the overflow pool. The pool is relatively shallow and thus ideal for use by children. A very modern, minimalist kitchen/breakfast room is adjacent to the main living dining room with a traditional bread oven in the corner. A further smaller sitting/dining room with open fire place is up a short flight of stairs. The central courtyard is partly covered for shade in the summer and provides a good eating/relaxing area. There are five bedrooms in total. One twin and one double at first floor level sharing a shower room. Two doubles at ground floor level sharing full bathroom with separate shower cubicle and a further twin room leading off the central courtyard, which has one single bed and bunk bed with a separate bathroom also leading off the courtyard.

Our Opinion
very tastefully restored and furnished. This lovely old house in a very rural area where fresh produce can be purchased without needing to venture into a supermarket. The house is adjacent to the old country road and because the area is so quiet the occasional vehicle makes itself known.
