Situated within walking distance of the town, this large villa has a single room, two doubles and a twin all with en-suite shower rooms plus a full bathroom on the ground floor. There is a very large living/dining room with a working fire in the corner and large windows which gives a view over the garden to the distant mountains. There is a kitchen with breakfast area with doors leading onto the garden. Upstairs there is a double with a third bed, a study with a sofa bed and a further double room. A full bathroom serves all the bedrooms on this floor. Outside at the end of the living room there is a terrace overlooking the garden with fruit trees on the upper terrace and pool. The secluded garden has large grassed areas and a large rectangular pool. A shaded terrace runs the length of the building at the lower level. Maximum capacity 11 persons.

Our Opinion
A very large house with plenty of accommodation. We particularly like the highly polished parquet flooring throughout and the extended living room with it’s wonderful views to the south. The garden itself is well manicured and the pool is delightful. Its proximity to São Pedro do Sul, (where the public Spa offers a variety of treatments), is a bonus. One would not expect such a large and attractive property from the front entrance. An excellent venue for the larger party and very good value.
